Boys Varsity Bowling, Girls Varsity Bowling · Bowling Splits Four Straight


Our Cardinal Ritter Girls and Boys Bowling Teams split Monday night, as the boys defeated Avon 11-9 and the girls lost to #1 Brownsburg 3.5-16.5.

Highlights from the girls match include Alexys “The Tender” Taylor’s score of 170, Emily Lanie’s score of 155, and Kiersten Burtz’s score of 130.

Highlights from the boys match were Damien “Llama” Wallace’s new high game score of 222 and Gabe Pontones with a 172.

On November 29th, the teams split as the boys lost in a shut out to Ben Davis 0-20, and the girls beat out Ben Davis by a total pin count with a score of 10-10, winning the match by 23 pins.

Highlights from the girls match include Burtz’s score of 145 and Aliyah Smith’s score of 136.

Highlights from the boys match were Trae Rott’s score of 172 and Austin Mohr’s score of 141.

 

On November 26th the teams split again as the boys lost to Carmel 1-19 and the girls defeated Bishop Chatard 12-8.

Highlights from the girls match include Taylor’s score of 139, Lanie’s score of 127, and Burtz’s score of 126.

The highlight from the boys match was Mohr’s score of 178.

Lastly, on November 17th as the boys defeated Cathedral 14-6 and the girls lost to Ben Davis 6-14. There were no individual scores as the games were team events.

 

Our Cardinal Ritter Raiders next match is December 7 at All Star Bowling Alley, where the boys compete against Bishop Chatard, and the girls take on Brebeuf.
