Boys Varsity Bowling, Girls Varsity Bowling · Weekly Bowling News

The Cardinal Ritter Girls and Boys Bowling Teams competed twice over the course of the past week.  Once on December 7th and again on December 13th.  On the 7th, our teams split as the boys beat Bishop Chatard 11-9, and the girls lost to Brebeuf by a total pin count with a score of 10-10, losing the match by 44 pins.

Highlights from the girls match include Alexys The Tender” Taylor’s score of 180 and 15, Kiersten Burtz’s score of 134, and Emily Lanie’s  score of 147.

Highlights from the boys match were Austin Mohr’s new high score of 190, Ethyn Fleischmann’s score of 149, Gabe Pontones score of 164, and Trae Rott’s score of 161.

On the 13th, in their last regular season match. The boys lost to Warren Central 4-16 and the girls beat Brebeuf by total pin count. There were no individual scores as the games were team events.

Final record for the boys is 4-6.

Final record for the girls is 5-5.

You can find them during sectional play January 12 at Woodland Bowl starting at 9:00. Admission for adults is $7, students $5, and children under 6 are free.
