Boys Varsity Basketball · Boys B-Ball Ends City Tourney Run

The Cardinal Ritter Boys Basketball Team lost to Crispus Attucks after defeating Heritage Christian in the opening round of the City Tournament.  The victory to the Eagles saw the Raiders move on to face the #1 seeded Tigers and were looking to avenge their 105-58 loss earlier this season. The Raiders started off with great energy staying within striking distance the entire contest.  However turnovers were an issue for the Raiders, and Attucks eventually pulled away for a 67-60 victory over the Raiders.
Damon “Old Oak” Ogletree started off where he left off against Heritage Christian scoring 12 of his 22 points in the first period.  Olgetree also led the Raiders with 22 rebounds his 2nd 20 plus rebound game of the season.  Newcomer Christian DaCosta also finished with a double double finishing with 11 points and 10 rebounds.
The Raiders are back in action Tuesday on the road vs Park Tudor.  JV will tip at 6pm, and Varsity will start at 730.
