Golf At Angola Invitational

The Raider Linksters traveled to Angola, IN Saturday to play in the Angola Invitational at Glendarin Hills Golf Club. The Lady Raiders had another great day of practice and matches last night at Riverside. Since Attucks only played 7 player, JV got a day off of competition and Varsity enjoyed a well earned win.

Sports Physicals Offered By St. Vincent

Freshmen City Track Championship

Kemari Robinson, Sarah Jacob, and Sophie Konger competed at the Freshman City Meet held at Heritage Christian.   Kemari was the Freshman City Champion in the 100 Meter Dash, 200 Meter Dash, and the Long Jump.   Sarah Jacob was the Freshman City Champion in the 800 Meter Run, 1600 Meter Run, and the 3200

Boys Track In City; Finish 3rd

The Cardinal Ritter Boys Track and Field Team competed in the City Championships.  Donavan Morris was the City Champion in the 100 Meter Dash and the 200 Meter Dash.  Kynton Grays was the City Champion in the Long Jump with a New School Record jump of 23’4.75”.  The Boys team finished 3rd as a team.

Girls City Track Meet

The Cardinal Ritter Girls Track Team competed in the Indianapolis City Championships.  The team finished 4th as a team. Mariah “MHR” Wehrle was awarded the Co-Outstanding Performance of the Meet.  Mariah won the 800 Meter Run, 1600 Meter Run(New City Meet Record) and was a member of the City Champion 4×8 team.   Complete Results: https://www.directathletics.com/results/track/61925.html

Tennis Competes At Home

The Lady Raiders had a great day of practice and matches today at Riverside. While the scores don’t reflect it, every single player played well today against tough, year-round players. Golfers At Coffin

Kevin “Tap In” Tillery medals again with an even par 36 at Coffin Golf Course, but the Raiders fall short to Lawrence North, 189-173. Reed “The Terrapin” Turpen followed with a 45, and John Waggle” Wagoner with a 49.

The Raider Linksters suffered a tough defeat Wednesday at Winding River to Decatur Central, 181-190. Scoring for the Raiders were Kevin “tap In” Tillery (45), Reed “The Terrapin” Turpen (46), Austin “Gimme Some” Mohr (46), and Ryan “High Press” Hofer (53). Boys Track Takes ICC; Girls Finish 2nd

The Boys and Girls Track and Field team competed in the 2019 Indiana Crossroads Conference Championships.  The Boys were ICC Champions and the Girls finished 2nd by a slim margin of 3.5 points.
