Soccer Re-Match Goes to Warriors Again 4 – 1

The Cardinal Ritter boys’ varsity soccer team played the Warriors of Covenant Christian in the City semi-finals at Heritage Christian High School. The Raiders held the #3 ranked Warriors to 1 – 0 at the end of the first half.  In the second half, junior Hunter Calvert scored the team’s only goal at the 66 minute mark,

JV Soccer Top Gambold 8 – 0

The boys JV Soccer team continued their strong defensive efforts by posting another shut out.  This time they found a way to score. After scoring two goals in the first half, they were able to add six goals in the second half. Leading the scoring was freshman Nathan Cesnik with 1 Goal and 3 Assists.

Raiders Top Northwest to Open City Tourney

Raiders won their first game of the City Tournament, beating Northwest High School 3 – 0. Boys’ Soccer Records 7th Shut-Out of the Season

The boys’ soccer team has set a new school record  after recording its 7th shut-out game  of the season. The record of five has stood since 2001 when Michael Amermine set the individual goalie  mark and was tied last season by Jared Owen.
