Varsity Tennis Finishes Third At Weekend Tournament

The boy’s tennis team looked sharp in their season opener versus Crispus Attucks Wednesday night at Riverside Park. They shut the Tigers out by a score of 5-0. Boys Tennis Team tied for 6th place in the Indiana Crossroads Conference Tournament at Park Tudor on Saturday.  Nathan Bullock #1 Singles placed 5th.  Aaron Huey #2 Singles ;laced 8th.  Gage Bradley #3 Singles placed 8th.  Peter Mowery and Philip Steckler #1 Doubles placed 3rd. Raider Tennis Team Falls to Roncalli

Boys’ tennis lost at Roncalli 5-0.  The team is looking better each match, but still have much room for improvement.  The varsity program is looking forward to a fun day of practice on Friday with some of the St. Monica 3rd-8th grade students.  Coach Potthast and the players have a great day planned for our west deanery student-athletes.

Boys’ Tennis Falls to University

Boys lost to University 4-1. Peter and Philip won at #1 Doubles in straight sets.  Nathan Bullock, Grant Gramman and Ben Vanmieghem took their opponents at #1 Singles and #2 Doubles to 3 sets, but couldn’t close it out. The team is back in action tomorrow night vs Roncalli.

Boys Tennis Defeats Broad Ripple

The boys’ varsity tennis team went on the road and defeated Broad Ripple 5-0. The coaching staff was very proud of the teams effort. The boys will be back in action on Wednesday vs University at Riverside.
